• Where can I park?
Being centrally located has it's pros and cons. Montrose is a diverse, popular area and it is known for street parking, as is the case with our business. Please give yourself some extra time to find parking and just be sure not to block or park in any driveways.

• Should I remove my makeup before getting a facial?
No, it is not necessary to remove your makeup before a facial. Part of your facial includes skin cleansing, so you might as well enjoy letting someone else remove your makeup for you!

• Can I get a bikini wax if I'm on my menstrual cycle?
No. Please do not ask, we will not hesitate to ask you to reschedule your appointment(yes, even if you are wearing a tampon!). If your cycle starts at a time that will interfere with an existing bikini wax appointment, please call us as soon as possible.

• If I have a credit, groupon or gift certificate to use towards a service at inSPAration studio, can I get a massage with it?

No, massages are provided by Know Knots Massage studio which is it's own entity. You can use your credit towards any other service offered by inSPAration studio for the amount paid.

However if you are an active Membership Cardholder, you do get 20% off any and all services including Massage.
